Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Failure to notify us within the time frame will result in a 50% surcharge on your next appointment for the lost time.

Failure to pay your surcharge will result in your name being blacklisted, meaning you will no longer be able to attend any future appointments, until remaining fee is paid.

Booking fee is non refundable regardless of time, but may be transferred to your next appointment, provided you have notified us within good time that you are unable to attend.
